At Heijeu Arts, our mission is to provide unique arts education and programming for artists, musicians, storytellers, innovators, and the curious of all ages. We strive to foster a community where creativity flourishes and everyone feels inspired and welcome.

This Giving Tuesday, we’re asking for your support to help us continue bringing the power of creativity to our community. At Heijeu Arts, we believe in the transformative power of art, and we’ve seen firsthand how it brings people together, inspires growth, and fosters healing.

But we can’t do it alone.

As we enter our second year of operation, there’s a lot of exciting work happening behind the scenes to ensure our summer programming is a success! We’re focusing on enhancing accessibility, empowering our Youth Advisory Committee to design a fun and impactful summer art camp, and expanding our Tiny School of Art & Design Tour to reach even more creative minds in the community.

To make all this happen, we’re aiming to raise $50,000, which represents just over 20% of our fundraising goal for the year. This funding will allow us to bring these community-driven programs to life and ensure they’re accessible to everyone.

Here’s how your gift can make an impact:

🎨 $50: Provides art supplies for a local youth workshop
🌟 $100: Supports the purchase of tools and equipment that can be used over and over again!
💫 $250: Helps us bring an artist-in-residence to share their craft with our community
🎉 $500: Supports a full scholarship for a participant in our summer program

Your support on Giving Tuesday will help fund programs like:

  • Youth Art Classes: Giving the next generation the tools to express themselves creatively.

  • Artist Residencies: Inviting artists to share their craft and inspire others.

  • All Ages Art Programming: Making art accessible to all by bringing it to any age, ability, or skillset.

How You Can Help:

  1. Make a Donation: Every dollar counts: LINK

  2. Spread the Word: Share our message on social media and encourage others to get involved. Use the hashtag #HeijeuArtsGives to join the conversation!

  3. Volunteer Your Time: Interested in giving back in other ways? We’d love to have you as a volunteer in our upcoming programs and events.

Together, we can ensure that art remains accessible to everyone in our community. Whether you’re giving $5 or $500, your donation will help us continue the important work we do.

Best,
